WHAT-A-WEEKEND in real estate! 🤩 When they say that a realtor is never “out of office”, it’s true. This weekend…I listed 1️⃣ home, and got another 2️⃣ under contract. Where did I do it?? 🤭

✈️ In a plane
🚗 Driving down dirt roads (not the driver 😝) with lack of service 🚫 🛜
🛟 At the springs
🕹️ In front of Dave & Busters

Then I got in trouble with AT&T for using 90% of my hotspot. 😜 I love the fact that my boys are used to it and actually get a kick out of helping me.

“Here mommy, here is the charger for the MAC!”
“Need the phone charger?”
“There’s a bench over here we can sit to make the call.”

It’s NOT that it takes away from my family time. It’s just the opposite. It means I get to work from ANYWHERE and my boys have always seen what it means to put others FIRST! They have seen me be there for my clients 💯percent and know it’s about making people feel safe and comfortable. It is about teaching them service to others. That is what life is all about! I’m just lucky enough to build a career out of it! 🥰

Well…this sweet family’s life change is going to be a GREAT opportunity for the next owner. Here’s how it went:

“Honey, I found the perfect house for us to fix up, make it exactly as we want it, and it’s the perfect size for us. Since it’s on a double lot, we can put in a pool and design a summer kitchen! It’s even on a dead end road, so quiet, and we won’t have any neighbors across the street OR to the east of us! Can we buy it?? 😍

Husband gets excited and they buy it…AND THEN…

✅ Install all new impact windows
✅ Put in all new doors

Here’s a fun, lil’ story about this Buyer. 💕She came to me as a first time home buyer, referred to me by another client {who was ALSO referred to me by an educator that I used to work with 2️⃣2️⃣ years ago}. We sat down at our initial meeting, to discuss her “must haves” which also included her budget and her need to be located near work, incase an emergency arose. We saw roughly 3️⃣0️⃣+ homes 🏠 and she kept apologizing for not liking them and “taking too long” to find her dream home. I reassured her that it was COMPLETELY fine and that she needed to take that “guilt” off of her shoulders and enjoy the process. What I realized, was that she wasn’t apologizing to ME. She was apologizing to HERSELF and was doubting her decisions (or lack-there-of). So, we had some conversations about her “why” and her long term goals. After many tough and long conversations, her perspective changed and the process started to look differently to her. Then BAM! 💥 Her dream home was unlocked. 😍 It was a great evolution and it prepared her for some challenges that came during the process of purchasing her home. 🏡 The stumbling blocks didn’t scare her and she trusted me to handle them, instead of trying to fight them. Now, here I sit again, with another referral that has turned into a friend. 💞
