We’re incredibly excited to finally open the doors of Hogan Yards 🍊 to the public. Join us for our first week of soft opening as we begin welcoming everyone into the space we’ve worked so hard to bring to life.

We’ll be open daily beginning Friday, May 22nd with limited soft opening hours from 12 PM – 9 PM. Please note we will be closed Sunday, May 24th as we continue preparing for the weeks ahead.

To make the weekend even better, we’ll also have live music Friday and Saturday night from 6 PM – 9 PM. Come grab some food, enjoy a drink, explore the property, and spend some time with us as we kick things off.

It was hard to resist not adding vacation vibe music to this video. Natures beauty provided the sound for me. This outdoor space expands your ability to entertain, or simply enjoy your privacy. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of helping this special family find the place they would call home. Relocating from Georgia, we explored resale homes, new construction, vacant lots, and even riverfront condos — all in search of the perfect fit.

One of the most important parts of my job is walking side-by-side with my customers through every step of the process, especially when they are buying from out of state. From helping them feel confident in each decision to providing updates and progress along the way, my goal is always to make the experience feel seamless, exciting, and comfortable — even from afar.

There were homes we passed on and lots that just didn’t feel right, but patience always pays off. Watching this home go from the ground up to the finished product is exactly why I love what I do. Looking back now, we know it was all worth the wait.

Not my photo - but excited to share the news! My family and I have been watching this incredible project unfold and the completion is just around the corner. I have spent a lot of time sitting on the drawbridge and then sometimes waiting on the train to finish passing. The new North Causeway Bridge in Fort Pierce is expected to open 8 a.m. May 15, connecting the mainland to the beach.
