My name is Keith. My family moved from Columbus Ohio to Melbourne Beach in 1979 where I lived until the mid-90s. I then moved to Hutchinson Island. In 2003 my wife and I relocated to Vero Beach where we currently live with our 3 children. I have been in a variety of roles within the Real Estate industry over the past 20 yrs. I have built several investment properties, bought investment properties,
and have had several rentals. I have worked in the mortgage industry and eventually opened my own mortgage company. It was then that I realized that I preferred the sales side. After getting my real estate license I wasted no time in getting my broker’s license. I then sought out the highest level of continued education possible. After taking a multitude of courses I became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute with the GRI designation. After that, I went on to get the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Prior to Real Estate, I have always been in Sales management and have always been hyper-focused on the best customer service experience possible. As a Realtor, I have never received anything less than a 5-star review. I am currently a member of the Brevard County MLS, Indian River County MLS, and the St Lucie County MLS. My focus on education and customer service, along with my background and in-depth knowledge of the tri-county area brings a unique advantage to my buyers and sellers.
