It’s not

I asked the President of ERA what the industry needs to get right over the next 5 years

His answer exposed something much bigger

👉 Consumers aren’t choosing Zillow because of technology
👉 They’re choosing it because they don’t have a clear favorite agent

Think about that

They don’t know who to use

They want speed

They don’t want to “bother” anyone

So they go to the easiest option

That’s not disruption.

That’s a relationship gap.

And here’s the part most brokers don’t want to admit…

Growth isn’t just recruiting

It’s helping the agents you already have
✔️ become more productive
✔️ make more money
✔️ stay

Because when agents win… everything else follows

👉 AI isn’t replacing agents
It’s exposing which ones were never the clear favorite
