Some real estate transactions mean a little more than others, and this one is definitely one I’ll always remember.

I had the privilege of helping my client relocate from Tennessee to Florida as he started an exciting new chapter in his life. We found him the right home in Palm Bay, negotiated on his behalf, and were able to get **100% of his closing costs paid for by the seller!** 💰🏡

Every closing has a story, and this one will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was honored when a friend trusted me to help one of her family members sell her home as she prepared for a new chapter in life. When we first met, predatory wholesalers were trying to convince her to sell her home for far less than it was worth.

Instead, we created the right strategy, priced the home correctly, generated immediate interest, received an offer the very same day it hit the market, and ultimately closed $10,000 over the asking price in a multiple-offer situation.

In the end, she netted over $50,000 more than she originally expected, giving her the financial freedom and peace of mind to move confidently into this next season of her life.

I am truly grateful that God has afforded me the opportunity to assist families in saving money and creating new memories. I have had the privilege of helping numerous families relocate from various states to our wonderful state of Florida, specifically in the Treasure and Space Coast regions. Josh and I initially connected through Facebook, where I was one of hundreds of recommended Realtors. When I inquired about his decision to choose me, he cited my professional demeanor, knowledge of the job and area, and my extensive experience as a first responder and public servant, which accounted for nearly one-third of my life. Josh appreciated my understanding of the sacrifices made by his family members who had also served.
