Some real estate agents say it’s getting out of hand. AI can help homebuyers visualize a house’s potential, but it can also mislead them about what a space actually looks like. So if that dream listing looks too good to be true, you may not want to get your hopes up.

A Florida enclave on the Atlantic is emerging as a quieter alternative to South Beach.

While affluent buyers continue moving from Miami and Palm Beach to places like Hypoluxo Island and West Palm Beach, others are heading even farther north to Vero Beach.

“Vero has been overlooked for a long time,” Douglas Elliman agent Michael Merrill tells https://rltor.cm/mCuTF2®. “It used to be called ‘Zero Beach,’ because there wasn’t a lot to do here.”
