Owner Peter White and his family have been residents of Vero Beach since 1984. When Oceanside Home Watch was formed in January of 2017, the White family wanted their core values, such as honesty, integrity, dependability, and attention to detail, to define the Oceanside Home Watch brand and the exceptional level of service they would provide to homeowners. They have given peace of mind to hundreds of homeowners by taking great care of their homes while they are away.

In addition to their Home Watch service, Oceanside Home Watch provides a wide range of concierge services, including meeting deliveries, scheduling vendors for maintenance and estimates, and running errands, such as dropping off or picking up mail and packages from the Post Office.

When he’s not working, Peter spends his free time with his family, playing guitar, fishing, hiking, and kayaking. He is passionate about Vero Beach and the people who live and visit there.

Peter is joined by his father, Art, a graduate of Quinnipiac University and a U.S. Navy Veteran. Art has worked as a property maintenance professional since 1988. In his free time, Art enjoys fishing, reading, and tinkering in the garden with Rosemary, his wife of more than 50 years.

Steve Paliewicz, who joined the team in 2024, offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in both management and maintenance. Most recently, Steve was the Stadium Operations Supervisor for the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club in Dunedin, Florida. He was also the Superintendent of Schools for Stephenson, Michigan, area schools.

*WORST DROUGHT IN 8 YEARS* across Southwest Florida confirmed this morning in a brand new update. Last time it was this dry was May of 2017. Notice how the "Severe" and "Extreme" drought, Brown and Red, have expanded. Even compared to a typical dry season, we are 5 - 9" drier than average.
