The Residential closed sales of single-family detached homes totaled 270 units for March 2026. This compares to a total of 251 units in March 2025. The median price of single-family detached homes sold by members of the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County MLS for March 2026 was $429,950. This compares to a median price of $390,000 for March 2025. The current active inventory of residential single-family detached homes totals 1,244 for March 2026. This compares to the active inventory of 1,375 for March 2025.”
