🏗️ CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🏡✨
This central beach home is starting to come to life, and the finishes are making all the difference.
Here’s what’s new since the last update:
▫️ 48” × 48” porcelain tile installation is underway, creating a clean, seamless look throughout the home.
▫️ Rich Red Grandis eucalyptus hardwood ceilings are being installed on the exterior, adding warmth and striking architectural detail.
▫️ Coastal-inspired shower tiles are going into the bathrooms, bringing texture and a timeless beach aesthetic.
▫️ The pool shell is now in place, giving a true sense of how the outdoor living space will come together.
It’s exciting to watch this vision take shape one milestone at a time. Still plenty more to come, but the character of the home is finally starting to reveal itself.
