Open to all Realtors on the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches. Tomorrow, Thursday August 22nd I’ll be at the Marketing Madness event in St. Lucie West from around 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. If anyone would like to join Irena and me, let me know!
Following that, our Thursday Prospecting Training will start around 11:00 AM. We’ll cover Buyer and Seller Presentations along with Objections. Be sure to bring your scripts so we can modify them to suit your personality and sales style.

Real estate practices have evolved. If you're looking to purchase a home, it is now essential to have a buyer broker agreement signed with your Realtor, similar to a listing agreement. Even when attending an open house, you must present proof of this signed buyer agreement. Otherwise, you'll be required to sign one with the broker conducting the open house. This change stems from the DOJ's decision that including broker compensation in the MLS was inappropriate.
