Plum Creek Realty is growing and looking for someone with Real Estate and preferably Property Management Experience to assist with managing the administrative side of the business.

The responsibilities of this position include (but not limited to)
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
- Receiving payments and inputting them into AppFolio.
- Paying bills related to the properties being managed (utilities, repairs, etc.)
- Sending out payments to landlords.

This could eventually be a remote position, but at first we prefer this employee to work on location at our office in Verona, PA.

At first this will be a part time position with flexible hours, but will likely grow into a full time position if you're interested.
