Pioneer Pointe's short course includes housing and by this spring will have a clubhouse, restaurant, pools and pickleball courts.

We have very exciting news...the golf course at Pioneer Pointe will be opening in September! 🌟💥🎉

Thanks to Wisconsin.golf for their write up on Pioneer Pointe! We can't wait for the 2021 golf season and the opportunity for all to play a course unlike any other in the Madison area.

Slated to open for play sometime in late 2021, the course will be the centerpiece of a new housing project being built in Middleton on the site of the former

What a cool Panoramic shot!

One of my favorite comments when new members come in for a tour is how surprised they are by the size of the Fitness Center and range of (beautiful) equipment that we offer!

My second favorite is hearing back from current members how much they appreciate how clean and well kept the Fitness Center is 😍🧼

At the highest point of the development, the 12th hole at Pioneer Pointe will feature a change in elevation of about 45 feet. Who is ready to take on this tee shot?

Check out the latest update from Pioneer Pointe! We are extremely excited to see these golf holes starting to take shape. The picture on the left is modeled after a Thumbprint green (depression in the middle) and the picture on the right is modeled after the classic Biarritz style. There won't be any easy putts on this course.....
