🐴✨ EVERYONE MEET SWEETS. ✨🐴

You know that saying… “Eat the cake. Buy the horse.”

Well… I may have skipped straight to the horse. 😅

Between real estate and horses, I’ve learned two things:
🏡 If you love the house, buy it.
🐴 If you love the horse… well, apparently buy that too.

Meet Sweets, my newest four-legged investment and current victim of my ongoing battle against the Missouri summer. What started as a fly mask has somehow escalated into a full-blown witness protection program complete with a UV fly sheet, fly boots, and enough coverage that he’s officially embarrassed to be seen in public.

Meanwhile, I’m over here telling him it’s for his own good while he’s filing complaints with the ASPCA and whoever will listen 😂

At this point, I’m pretty sure he’s counting down the hours until Mom leaves for a weekend of showing houses so he can finally enjoy a little freedom and dignity. 😂

But let’s be honest… if loving your horse means turning him into a turquoise-colored walking tent, then I’m guilty as charged.

I’ve been a little bad about sharing all the closing pictures lately 🙈 (life, real estate, horses… ya know 😅) BUT this one deserved a post!

There’s just something extra special about helping friends get to the closing table — and even better when we can get it wrapped up QUICKLY 👏🏡

So thankful for the trust, the laughs, and getting to help good people move on to their next chapter. Selling houses is always rewarding… but helping friends? That one hits a little different ❤️

And yes… if you need me, I’ll happily keep hustlin’, unlocking doors, answering late-night questions, and getting deals CLOSED 💃🔑

The sunglasses are still on, the coffee’s been reheated 3 times, and I’ve officially turned my truck into a mobile office 😂

But honestly? Sunshine, backroads, dream homes, and helping folks find “the one” never gets old around here.
