4/26/26 Ever see those signs saying “we buy homes for cash!” posted around our counties? Dont give away your / your families equity! Rather than being swayed with a low ball cash offer - do the smallest amount of due diligence to see what your house is actually worth first before you gift some random person tens of thousands of dollars of equity! It’s costs $0 to bring a realtor over to your house to get an opinion of value!
