CENTURY 21 North East is the #1 CENTURY 21 in Upstate New York and Western Pennsylvania. We are very proud to hold this position and work very hard to keep it. We have earned awards for our quality service and sales volume for the last 50 years. Culminating with the prestigious President's Award for Excellence by achieving the CENTURION Award and the Quality Pinnacle Award in the same year. We continually strive for excellence in our customer service and look to our agents to uphold the high standards we have established over the past 50 years. We live and work by the words, "People who care, taking care of people." Century 21 North East maintains several offices in New York State. Offices serving Greater Binghamton, Syracuse, Albany and Buffalo regions. Century 21 North East is proud to serve in each of these areas and their surrounding communities. At CENTURY 21 North East, we feel that familiarizing newcomers with the community in which they will be living and working is just as important as helping them find the house in which they will live. To accomplish this we have a relocation team that is specifically trained and experienced in the unique needs of relocating clients and are certified through Realogy Real Estate Services. We offer expertise and counseling to ease the transition. This includes all phases of our Real Estate Market, from knowledge on available homes, through the sometimes complex maze of financing, to final closing. We are members of the Employee Relocation Council (E.R.C.) and an associated broker for Realogy Real Estate Services. We, as broker/owners and residents of the area, stress the importance of sharing with the incoming buyer information on schools, churches, and recreational and cultural activities in the areas they are looking to purchase. We truly consider ourselves to be "Area Ambassadors".
