Congratulations to my incredible seller clients, Bryan and Magda the sale of their beautiful home! 💙
This one is especially meaningful. I first met this wonderful family 13 years ago through their sister, Elise, who like me, was going through melanoma treatment. Her strength and kindness left a lasting impact, and though she’s no longer with us, I carry her memory with deep gratitude. 💛
When this couple was first moving to Binghamton to begin their careers as teachers, they came over to my house for dinner with their mom, Melinda before I was ever their real estate agent. I had no idea that simple night of good food and conversation would be the start of such a special journey together.
In 2015, I had the honor of helping them buy this home. While living there, they welcomed two of the most respectful, creative, and fun boys I’ve ever met. I always looked forward to my visits-not just for the real estate, but because hanging out with those two was genuinely a highlight.
Fast forward to this Spring, and I had the privilege of helping them list and ultimately, sell this home as they head back to Buffalo to be closer to family.
Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Cheers to fresh starts, family ties, and the people who guide us-even after they’re gone. Wishing you all so much love as you return home!

Full Circle Moment!
Seven years ago, I had the pleasure of helping my amazing client purchase this home. I still remember walking through it as she excitedly shared all the updates she envisioned to transform its retro charm into something uniquely hers.
Fast forward to this spring-when I walked through the door to discuss listing, I felt like I was stepping into an entirely different home. Every change she talked about back in 2018... she made happen-and then some! Every detail was thoughtfully curated to make the home truly special.
Life is calling her south, and while it wasn’t an easy decision to leave, she handled selling this home with the same clarity and decisiveness as when she knew it was "the one" all those years ago.
