My name is Christopher Lake of EXIT Realty Homeward Bound (2018). I am a graduate of Harpursville Central School and SUNY Broome (A.A.S. Communications), and I live in Vestal, NY, with my family. I currently serve the Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS as a Director. In addition, I sit on the committees for Education and Multiple Listing Service. Outside of work, I enjoy bowling with my son, fishing, boating, hiking, and building a legacy with my family. In my career, I've worked in physical facilities of commercial buildings, climbing up the ladder from night janitor to maintenance to construction management. In 2017, my original career tract was derailed due to a car accident that left me with a broken back. Fortunately, I received my real estate license during my recovery. From that life-altering experience, I ended up better off in so many ways—in a career I love, built around my family and for my family. I now have proudly and gratefully served over 100 people who have changed their homes or found their investment with me!
