Walsh & Sons Construction

Walsh & Sons Construction Walsh and Sons Construction is a General Contractor specializing in Design/Build Residential & Commercial construction and development.

Walsh and Sons Construction Corporation (WSC) is a family owned and operated business that has been in existence since 1956. WSC has an excellent reputation for its commercial and residential work in both the Greater Binghamton area and and throughout upstate New York. Originally specializing in residential custom homes and renovations, WSC realized that quality workmanship and commitment to compl

ete projects on schedule were of the utmost importance, but were lacking in other parts of the industry. Expanding into the commercial construction market,WSC quickly built and has maintained long-term relationships with clients such as McDonalds, The Church of Latter Day Saints and Time Warner Cable. Like our relationships with each of our clients, these relationships are built on trust and commitment. WSC pursues and completes construction projects of varying sizes simultaneously. WSC has always been able to produce a supreme product within a client's time restraints due to the internalized commitment of our owners, management team and skilled craftsman. By having qualified craftsman on staff to complete all of the construction trades, the quality and time frame of the projects can be assured. WSC is proud to build Energy Star homes! While many builders claim to build “energy-efficient” homes, only builders of New York ENERGY STAR® labeled homes, like Walsh & Sons Construction, can prove it. New York ENERGY STAR® labeled homes must pass a stringent evaluation, including computer-based energy analysis, inspections, and certification testing. Only those homes that meet high-efficiency standards are classified as New York ENERGY STAR®. A portion of the company's work is related to the real estate development arm of the Walsh family, REWJ Associates, which owns over 250,000 sq ft of Class A office space, 150,000 sq ft of industrial space and over 1000 acres of vacant land for residential and commercial development. The Walsh business creates and maintains these properties with the benefit of the WSC company human resources, including designers, engineers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and cabinet makers. WSC is the go-to place for Design/Build Construction. Save money on architectural fees by letting us do it for you. Many times the design far exceeds the budget....remember, we are builders. We will make sure your design fits your budget and find value-engineering options to save you even more money. We'll even design your project in 3D so you can see exactly what the final product will look like.
