It’s not every day that you sell a house to someone that you have never met in person! But that’s exactly what happened today! 🏡

One of the trainers from my beloved and sorely missed Basecamp, 💪referred me to her lovely parents!!
I shopped for them (my favorite!) and with the help of their daughter (and her FaceTiming walk through!), we made it through the whole process having never met!!

Michael and Desiree it has been a delight working with you and I cannot WAIT to meet you in person!

This was a domino set up that all collapsed just right!!

We sold Nate and Helena’s lovely home in Brook Highland 🏡 to purchase a beautiful family home in Meadowbrook listed by Betsy Carver, ARC, with Chickens 🐣🐥!

Taylor Williams, ARC purchased their home in Brook Highland for his young family 👶🍼

Joe Harris with McGowin King handled getting the financing for the chickens for Nate and Helena💵💰💸🤑

All parties associated with raising the funds for the chickens did a great job!👏 🐥🏡

No seriously, thank you Nate and Helena for your trust!
I truly enjoyed working with you every second!
I pray your family has many happy years in your new Meadowbrook Classic!

This set of closings was nothing but a set up!
A set up by God! The seller doesn’t let me take pictures but I can tell you she is a special lady! I knew we were meant to work together from day one.
The Lord had already worked out the right buyer and her precious little girl! And the seller got to move on to her new home closer to family. The details of this one are truly divine.
I’m thankful to have worked with such beautiful people and families. It is truly a blessing to serve you. 🏡💗🎉
