July 7 was World Chocolate Day. At Cahaba Ridge, we did our part to promote chocolate! Michelle from Michelle’s Chocolate Lab spoke about the varieties of chocolate. We are not talking about Hershey’s or baking chocolate. We tasted 811, W2, Gold, and Ruby chocolate! Michelle custom-makes her gourmet chocolate gifts. Chef Jay wrapped up the chocolate experience with a chocolate fountain, pound cake, and strawberries. Oh, it was all so good!
