Our National Training Director had the opportunity to spend some one-on-one time training with The Abbey at Hightower team!

After a productive training session, the team headed to Smash N Bash for some well deserved fun in the rage room and splatter paint experience. Great training, great energy, and even better memories with our team at The Abbey at Hightower!

The evening portion of day 2 of our 2026 Leadership Conference ended on such a high note!

Our awards dinner is always a highlight as we recognize the hard work and dedication of our team throughout the year as well as get to acknowledge some of key vendors sponsors. 🎉

We closed out the night with our glow up after party full of great music, a photo booth, amazing company, and perfect rooftop weather. Truly a night to remember!

Day 2 of our 2026 Leadership Conference was 🔥

We started strong with Anissa Faus leading us through the MOJO Method, focusing on how to show up as stronger leaders for our teams and ourselves. So many valuable takeaways to apply at work and home! It was a super impactful session.

Next up, we had a team-building challenge where we went head-to-head to see who could build the tallest balloon tower! Everyone’s competitive sides came out!

We then had an amazing cocktail hour with our team and vendor sponsors. So many great conversations and connections before our awards dinner!

Part 2 with the awards dinner and the after party coming soon! It was a jam packed day of learning, fun, and celebration!

Day 1 of our 2026 Leadership Conference in Savannah, GA was so amazing! 🌟It is always the best time when we get our team together!

We kicked things off with a beautiful rooftop welcome dinner, followed by an unforgettable pub crawl on our group pedal tour! We had great energy, lots of fun, and even better company.

We’re just getting started and feeling fully energized, inspired, and ready to REIGNITE!🔥

Our San Antonio & New Braunfels Assistant Managers had an amazing day last Friday filled with training and fun!

We kicked things off with a half-day of training, sharpening skills and getting on the same page with policy updates and hot button items. Then it was time to unwind and have some fun with axe throwing, virtual reality games, and then ending the day with some much need relaxation…pedicures!

The Abbey All-Stars had a great time at the HAA Volleyball Tournament on Friday! 🏐☀️ The weather was perfect and it was even better getting to compete and have fun together as a team!

Yesterday, our Houston Assistant Managers and Business Managers spent the morning in a half day of training reviewing key updates, including final account statements and the new 3 day notices. We love getting our team together to make sure everyone stays aligned and has the opportunity to learn from each other!

We wrapped up the day with some great food and a friendly mini golf competition at PopStroke! Despite a little rain at first, the sun came out and we had a great afternoon of golf, laughs, and team fun! ⛳️ 🎉
