To all my clients, first off I would like to thank each and every one of you for the business & support! As you see, I haven’t been posting on the business account because I have been swamped with jobs. So many jobs I have turned some of them down or delayed them. Therefore I am not needing to advertise as much. But I am finally getting somewhat caught up!
Anyways,
I have had some issues about sticks & branches that have fallen from the trees into their yard. I just want to share the math with you so everyone has an understanding. So I have about 15 yards I maintain on my two off days during each week. Some weekly and others biweekly.
If I spent an extra 15 minutes on each property picking up sticks, that adds up to be 3.75 hours. If I didn’t charge anything for those sticks or limbs, that would be 3.75 hours of free labor. As of September 1st, 2026, I will be charging a small fee to pick up sticks or limbs.
If you do not want to pay the small fee, those limbs will stay there and I will cut around them OR I may refusal to mow the property.
I will say: if you have just one or two limbs, I obviously wont bother with charging a small fee for that.
**This applies to yards with sticks and limbs all over the property requiring 15+ minutes to complete. **
It’s too hot out here to be playing games.
& I will NOT do extra work for free.
