Otherwise, it is 10% down. Money is due at the time of reservation, and once we get you all the paperwork including but not limited to: HOA, CCRs, Construction Schedule, Look Book, etc...you will have 10 days for due diligence before the down payment money goes hard and is not refundable.⁠
