For this “throwback Thursday” we reflect back on one of our first projects in Africa, Peridot Parkland Estates in Lagos, Nigeria. This project was the first-ever green-certified housing community in Nigeria (IFC EDGE Advanced) and benefitted by leveraging the EchoStone Housing System. This model community had strong sustainability performance and combined affordability and quality. See some of the before, during and after photos of this exciting project.

This two-days only networking event hosts some of the foremost professionals in discussing international best practices in the built and real estate environment in Africa.

Our team will be providing a presentation on green technology impacting the value chain in construction and participating on panels to share our insights and international experience on being innovators in affordable and sustainable housing.
