same owner. Although we are no longer managing properties for clients, we appreciate the start our past clients gave us with their business. We have recently, in January 2022, taken over management of Elite Townhomes Portfolio. The 275 units in the Elite Townhome package are owned by our Mentors who helped us start our own management company way back in 1995. In our marketing, we provide the most comprehensive, current information that gives a honest and detailed view of our properties. The unit pictured is the unit offered and pictures show the condition and the upgrades which is what you will see when you view in person. We will continue to add property information with descriptions, photos and leasing information. You can even download a rental application. Our company motto has been, since our inception, We maintain our properties as though we will be living in them ourselves. And I have. And you should keep that in mind when you are looking for a new place to call home. If the unit doesn't look like the pictures on the internet, ours do or even better, are not made-ready properly or are not cleaned very well, you should ask the person showing you if they would move into the place. See what their answer is. Remember this, if the unit doesn't look like you expect, how do you think the management and maintenance service will be?
At Tucker Property Management, LLC, our management is responsive and maintenance, if needed, is preformed on the day you request it. Because if we were living in the unit, that is what we would expect.

You can never get a benefit if you don’t ask for it. In most instances, you can negotiate lots of things when you are ready to sign a lease. Heck, start when you fill out the application. Get the application fees refunded if you are accepted as a tenant. Or get them to reduce your deposit by that amount. And if services are offered, you don’t have to accept and pay for them. For instance, don’t want valet trash for $35 a month, say no. Or, say you want a refund if a day is skipped. The street runs both ways and you should get the same respect as the landlord seems to!

Two things we think all prospective tenants should ask the management of any property you are considering renting is 1. What is your maintenance strategy or rather how fast are repair requests addressed and completed. 2. How responsive will management be to my calls, emails and request? At Tucker Property Management, LLC, our management is very responsive and maintenance request are preformed on the same day they are received. We review our policy on these two topics with all new residents when we sign our lease so there is no question as to what we provide. Getting this commitment up front from your management contact should help alleviate any problems going forward once you sign your lease.
