Watching the interest rates this year has been an absolute rollercoaster. This morning, rates were back up to 6.62% from 6.11% a few weeks ago. At least they aren't at 7% anymore. Despite all that, 28 homes went on the market, 9 went under contract or are pending, and 7 have closed, all within this past week in Victoria, TX. I am pretty excited about what the rest of this month has in store!

Things are looking up in real estate for Victoria, TX! As of May 2024, prices, sales, and inventory have increased. It's a sign of a healthy market!
