VICTORIA COUNTY HOUSING MARKET

As of Monday morning, there are 311 active listings of homes for sale in Victoria. Last week, 12 new homes hit the market and a total of 19 homes went under contract. 16 homes closed last week for an average of 93.6% of list price and an average of just 114 days on the market.
