For some buyers, especially families with younger kids, it’s a huge bonus and one less thing they need to spend money on after moving in.

But in some price ranges or neighborhoods, removing it can actually make the yard feel bigger and more versatile.

Honestly… it depends on the buyer.

These are real buyer search trends from the last 90 days right here in the High Desert.

Buyers are actively looking especially for 3–4 bedroom homes in that mid price range.
