🚨 The scammers are at it again—and now it’s getting personal!

Rental scammers are copying legitimate homes listed for sale on the MLS, advertising them as rentals, and impersonating real estate agents by stealing their names, photographs, and professional information. Potential renters are losing thousands of dollars to fraudulent application fees, security deposits, and advance rent payments.

Before sending money or personal information:

✅ Search the property address online
✅ Contact the listing brokerage directly
✅ Verify the agent’s real estate license
✅ Confirm that the property is truly available for rent

Remember: receiving a door code and entering the home does not prove that the person advertising it has the authority to rent it.

Challah 🥖Time!!
It was truly a beautiful day to learn how to braid and make the challah with all my sisters at Beth Shalom Messianic Congregation. A big thanks and hugs to our beautiful rebbetzin Yesenia, who lovingly too the time to teach us how to make challah bread, the importance of each ingredient and meaning .
