High Desert Real Estate Market Update

Here’s a quick look at what’s happening in our local market through September 20th.

We’re now at 1,500 active listings, with 110 new listings coming on the market this week. We saw 66 homes sold, 50 go pending, and the average days on market increased to 59 days.

What does that mean for you? Buyers have more choices, and sellers need the right pricing and marketing strategy to stand out.
