This is the kind of job where it pays to use a contractor that understands how to make repairs that actually last.

This house needed a full subfloor rebuild due to leaking ducting and inadequate grading . We rebuilt the subfloor system and made major crawlspace improvements including a v***r barrier. Installed a new 5-ton HVAC unit with all new ductwork, completed plumbing and electrical repairs throughout, removed old wallpaper, and repainted the entire interior. We also handled moving all of the furniture out and back into the house and had it professionally cleaned when the work was completed.

Turned a rough situation into a clean, livable space again.

A Natchez native, Carter worked part-time for HNF throughout high school and college before going on to earn a BA from Millsaps College, a Juris Doctor from University of MS School of Law, and Masters in Historic Preservation from the University of Georgia. He came to his job as executive director already armed with deep knowledge and abiding interest in the history and historic resources of the Natchez District. He is a former board member for the Mississippi Heritage Trust and currently serves on the board of the National Preservation Partners Network and the MS Department of Archives & History.
