Beverly Carter, 49, of Scott was last seen on Thursday. Her car was found in front of a home she was scheduled to show on Old River Drive, a sheriff's office report said.

2014 GAR
Contracts Updates

This class has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission
for three (3) hours of Continuing Education.

Class Overview
This class will identify contract changes found in the 2014 GAR contract package. Objectives include: Key changes of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Counter Offer, Cash Sale, New Construction, Lease and Lease/Purchase, and Sellers Property Disclosure. Other forms and topics will be covered as well.

You may pay by check or cash. Please arrive no later than 9:40 AM the day of the class for registration and payment. Checks can be made payable to AREEC.

Students must pay the registration fee, sign in, and attend the entire class to obtain CEU credit.

CEU’s provided by The Academy for Real Estate Education and Consulting, School Code 421. No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in the class. Instructors, school directors/coordinators, and students will promptly report to the GA Real Estate Commission any efforts to recruit students.
