There was a post of incorrect information posted on Crime Watch in Vidor Texas today, by one of our residents.

Important please please......
Make sure when cleaning your refrigerators to put the trash in a trash bag and seal it. Please dont put too much trash in there that you are not able to lift the bag and put in the dumpster.
Please respect the property and the residents.

Correction....some units have power some don't, and some units dont have water but some do have water.

I have been informed that Entergy has put a mobile sub unit so we have power on the property until they can get the power restored at the power station. Roads are clear but the interstate is very full of traffic. Also make sure you have plenty of gas because there isnt any when you get close to home.
If you are going home today, please make sure the first thing you do is clean out your refrigerator. Once you clean it out please make sure you put it in a closed trash bag and place it inside the dumpster, DO NOT SIT IT ON THE GROUND!
Rent payments can be dropped in the drop box at the office or you can pay it online. Once I am able to get back I will process all rent payments. For the ones that need help I will meet with you one on one to work up a payment arrangement. Be safe traveling back.

I have alot of questions regarding rent payments.
I will be working with everyone this month on payments. Once I am able to return I will set up a procedure of exactly how we will handle it. Here are some pictures of around Vidor. There is no way in at this time and they are still rescuing neigbhood residents from around town. Just devastating!

The property as of today 9.3.17....still no power, and 105 is still flooded from both sides going into the property. As of this time still not clear to return.
