Here are some tips:
1. White hues and shades of blue are staples for spring and summer design, but these vivid shades can feel stark when the temps drop in fall. Swap them out for cool-toned accessories for warm alternatives.
2. Glossy ceramics, translucent glass, and polished silver are beautiful accent pieces for warm weather, but fall is the season to embrace all things aged, antique, and imperfect.
3. Put your breezy cotton blankets and pillows back in your closed and replace them with velvet, leather, suede, tweed, flannel, and faux fur.

When you’re ready to take the leap into home ownership, it’s important to know how to prepare yourself. Here are some tips to helo:
1. Boost your credit score. Your credit score is an important factor in whether or not you’ll be approved for a mortgage loan. If yours isn’t as high as you’d like, make sure to review it thoroughly and make any necessary changes.
2. Save money for a down payment. The more money you can put toward your down payment, the better chance you have at getting approved for a loan—and the lower your monthly payments will be!
3. Get pre-approved by a lender. Pre-approval means that lenders have already looked over your financial situation and determined that they are willing to give you a loan if needed; this will help them move more quickly when it comes time to close on the deal!
