One of the biggest misconceptions about home staging is that it's a judgment on the homeowner's style.
It's not.
In fact, if I were selling my own home, I'd stage it too, even if I loved every piece of furniture and decor in it.
Why? Because selling a home isn't about showcasing my personal taste. It's about helping buyers picture themselves living there.
Staging helps create that connection. And when buyers connect emotionally, homes tend to sell faster and often for more money.
So when I recommend staging, it's never because I think your furniture isn't "good enough." It's because my goal is the same as yours: to get your home sold quickly and for the best possible price.
That's what you hired me to do.
