The Westbriar Condominium The Westbriar Condominium is just outside the beltway in Merrifield across the street from the Dunn Loring Metrorail station and Harris Teeter.

The Westbriar Condominiums is a 224 unit condominium consisting of four 4-story garden-style buildings with three underground parking garages. There are fifteen different floor plans, several with an upstairs. Westbriar has a recreation center that includes a gym and showers. The pool area is being renovated. Westbriar is across the street from Dunn-Loring metrorail station and the Avenir shopping and dining district which includes a Harris-Teeter.
