As a member of the RE/MAX One Solutions as an Associate Broker, following a long and successful professional career in the real estate industry. Since 1990, I have served as a community sales manager for five different metropolitan D.C. builders: Centex, Chevy Chase Bank, Drees Homes, Porten Sullivan and Ryland Homes. Included were the Estates at Lowes Island (a golf course community in Great Fall
s) and Pettit’s Landing (a scenic community in historic Mt Vernon). As an Associate Broker, I enjoy being part of a team that provides the highest level of service and care to Northern Virginia residents. Being a native of Fairfax County, I have a special affinity for this area and during my 10 years experience in new homes sales; I have developed a very in-depth knowledge of the Northern Virginia Marketplace. I also have five years commercial real estate experience first with the Costar Group (number one provider of Commercial Real Estate Information) where I honed extensive research skills. I created a state-of-the art field-training model for evaluating commercial properties while there. Before that I was a Site Acquisition Specialist for Teligent, a facilities based wireless IT company where I utilized my extensive knowledge of our area to acquire numerous building sites that fit our company’s needs. As someone who has spent much of my career as a problem solver, a big reward for me is the warm feeling I get when I am able to help people find a place they can truly call “home”. I have enjoyed hosting many first-time and move-up buyers into new homes. There is nothing like being able to evoke change in another person’s life. When I am not busy with real estate, I pursue many other interests including dabbling in local politics, hosting parties, serving on boards of local charities, attending polo matches where I host a box for my clients and showing her British car collection at the Washington Capitol Jaguar Club, walking my Yorkshire Terrier, Mister Bentley around the Georgetown Harbor and cherry blossoms attending polo matches while taking in all the history and culture our nation’s capitol has to offer. I am pleased to be the conductor who will help lead our community down the tracks into the next generation.
