So happy to have had the chance to help Elias and his brother David purchase their very first home! With how competitive the market has been I was super glad that we were able to negotiate this one out with the sellers and come out on top. Just comes to show that there is always a home out there for everyone. It’s just a matter of going out there and looking for the right one! I wish them the best of luck these coming weeks as they start the move in process.

So happy to be able to help Mr. and Mrs. Juarez in their first home purchase after 2 decades of renting! From the start they were looking for something more spacious than the apartment they were renting prior. They are now upgrading from having 3 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms and a basement! It was very rewarding showing them homes in hopes of finding just the right place and we did just that. They now plan on making a few renovations before moving in and I am excited to see how it turns out these coming days!

The best part of the process was that we closed in just 25 days with the help of Gustavo Rios - City Lending, Inc. on the mortgage side!

Took just a few months to get the ball rolling on the realtor side, though I’m happy to announce that I had my first real estate agent closing this morning! It was such a great experience getting hands on with the realtor side for a change after being in the mortgage industry for nearly 3 years. I’m glad my client Savannah was able to find just the right place in Arlington for her and her family to enjoy. It is also located exceptionally well, super close to work and friends!
