Figures are looking pretty good considering… we are definitely feeling a shift in the market … it’s much more in balance with the higher interest rates. Rates ticked up to 7.57% last week, but then came down to 7.25% yesterday … Fed saying they may raise federal funds rate by another 1/4 percent to keep inflation in check though !!! I’ll keep you posted on our market and the current housing market environment

For many years, I have been honored to sponsor the Ryan McLaughlin Annual Golf Tournament, a very special event that began 27 years ago after a Mantua family tragically lost their son, Ryan, to leukemia.

What this incredible family, together with their neighbors and friends, has accomplished over the years is truly inspiring. Their dedication has helped raise significant funds to support blood cancer research, awareness, and programs through Blood Cancer United.

The Young Hearts Foundation was also created to engage local teens, giving them an opportunity to spread awareness, volunteer, and make a meaningful difference in their community while learning the importance of giving back.

It is an extraordinary cause, and I am proud to continue being a part of it year after year. ❤️
