💼 McLean and Chantilly commercial centers sold in $58 million deal

Aggregate Real Estate Investors acquired the McLean Commerce Center and West Fairfax Commerce Center in Chantilly as part of a $58 million deal that also included two Loudoun County properties. The 11-building portfolio totals nearly 320,000 square feet, is 94% leased and is expected to receive aesthetic upgrades.

🏘️ Townhouse development approved to replace office building near Innovation Center Metro

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Felice Development Group’s plan to replace the mostly vacant Coppermine Commons III office building near Innovation Center Metro with 98 townhouses. The project will include 12 affordable units, public open space with a small park and a nearly $688,000 contribution to Fairfax County Public Schools.
