📰 County board takes steps to boost redevelopment in Fairfax Center corridor

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved comprehensive plan amendments last week to clear the way for redevelopment near the I-66 and Route 50 interchange. The changes allow property owners to advance proposals for new housing, retail, and mixed-use projects across several parcels in the Fairfax Center corridor.
