This has been such a hard secret to keep, especially with how full the past few months have been.

Between engagement, wedding planning, and saying goodbye to Loki (my soul cat of 10.5 years 😿), it’s been a season of both joy and heartbreak.

Through all of it, I’ve been quietly building something I’m really proud of. I’m excited to officially announce .

It’s built on a simple idea: doing real estate the right way.

Showing up with integrity, communicating clearly, and holding a higher standard from start to finish. We believe real estate is about the humans, not the houses.

Here in Brevard County, my goal is to create a more intentional, client-focused experience, whether you’re buying, selling, building, or just starting to explore your options.

Photo 1: I represented the seller. When we listed, there were four other units for sale and no recently closed sales (within the community). This unit needed work and we had to price it right from the start. The seller took my advice seriously and we went under contract in just 3 days.

Fun fact: The proceeds of this sale benefited African safari animals. 🐅🦁🐘🦓🦛🐆🦏❤️

Photo 2: I represented the buyer(s). This was a word of mouth referral (my favorite). It is such an honor to serve the family and friends of my past clients. They snagged a fantastic deal on this condo to use as a second home and it came fully furnished, water view, and within a lovely well-managed community that I am excited to share with future clients looking for something similar.

Fun fact: we opened a wall during inspections to confirm the building construction as concrete block. Public records show wood frame; it’s not the first time they’ve been incorrect. The way the windows hang would also suggest wood frame. But it was concrete! Do your due diligence. As a buyer’s agent, I help make sure you take the right steps to confirm.

Both units had a chapter close, both involving loss with families navigating a sale, but both are opening beautiful new chapters with their new ownership.

Grateful for client recommendations and this rewarding career that is always full of surprises.

A builder from out of town recently found me through my Google reviews and asked if I would co-list a new construction home in Palm Bay.

On paper, it looked great. Over 2,500 square feet and priced at over $400,000. But something felt off.
So I drove over that same evening to see it in person.

The home was barely finished. Bugs everywhere, chipped floors, no appliances, sloppy work, and the permit records revealed it was actually closer to 1,800 square feet. Not even close to what was being advertised.

Most agents might have said yes on the spot. It’s an easy way to get a sign in the yard and attract buyer calls. But I politely declined.

Why? Because when I say yes to a listing, I give it everything. I help my clients prepare mentally and physically. I shoot videos, create custom marketing, and hand-stuff mailers to the neighbors. I only pour that kind of energy into homes I believe in. We have to be on the same page about the product (home) we are offering to the market.

Putting this level of energy into my listing strategy is the reason my two most recent listings received full price offers within the first week on market while others are sitting on the market for 200+ days.

If you ever decide to refer me, know your people are in good hands. I’ll treat them with the same honesty, attention, and care I’d want for my own family.

This builder wasn’t looking for a strategic listing partner. They wanted a door opener. Someone to answer calls. Host a few open houses. Check on the property for them. On a listing that isn’t even close to being competitive in the Palm Bay market.

I intentionally say no to opportunities like this to leave space for the future yes with a serious client who is aligned with my level of service. 💛
