🎞️ VERSA | SIOR Great Lakes Conference Recap | 2026
Versa Real Estate Services was proud to participate in the 2026 SIOR Great Lakes Conference in Chicago. Over two days, SIOR members from across the region shared ideas, market updates, and industry education that offered a clear read on Midwest CRE as we move into 2027.
Ryan Moen, SIOR represented Versa throughout the conference, moderating the industrial panel and leading an office fireside chat with Andy Farbman, a long‑standing Versa partner.
The conference brought together leaders from across the region, including SIOR Global CEO David Lockwood, SIOR, CCIM, CRE, and featured a keynote from Chicago Bears legend Dan Hampton.
Day 2 wrapped with a sold-out Cubs rooftop experience, complete with a Chicago Cubs win and a Wrigley Field scoreboard welcome recognizing Ryan.
The conference closed on a high note as Ryan prepares to step into the Great Lakes Regional Director role this fall, succeeding Matthew Osowski, SIOR.
