BUYERS: Before you pay for an inspection, look at THESE things 👀
• 🕷️ Crawl Space— Look for standing water, moisture, mold, damaged insulation, or pests.
• 🧱 Foundation — Look for major cracks, shifting, or uneven floors.
• ❄️ HVAC — Check the age and condition of the system.
• 💧 Plumbing — Run faucets, flush toilets, and check under sinks for leaks.
• 🚿 Water Pressure — Turn on multiple faucets and showers if possible.
• 🏠 Attic — Look for moisture stains, mold, damaged insulation, or roof leaks.
• 🪟 Windows & Doors — Open/close them and check for sticking or drafts.
• 🧹 Under Rugs — Look for damaged flooring, stains, or soft spots.
• 🖼️ Behind Pictures & Shelves — Check walls for cracks, stains, or signs of previous water damage.
• 🔌 Electrical — Test accessible outlets and look for obvious damage.
