77 days from contract to close. Not because the home wasn't ready. Not because the deal fell apart. Because of delay after delay after delay β€” and a complete lack of communication from the lender.

I always say: speed bumps happen. Adjustments have to be made. I get it β€” real estate is rarely perfectly smooth. What I will never understand is going silent when things get hard. Did you know there are kids right here in our community that do not have food to eat once school is out?

I’m grateful to be part of this opportunity to help feed children throughout the summer right here in our community.

Each month (June, July, and August) I will be collecting a specific food to donate to kids in Carroll County.

For June! We are collecting easy mac boxes. I can come pick this up from you or you can drop it off at our office on the square in Carrollton. Just let me know!
