In the month of May, I completed more inspections than any single month prior. Thank you to all of the home buyers and realtors who've trusted me with their home inspections. It is an honor to assist you in the process of buying a home. No matter how many homes I step into, I pride myself in providing an excellent inspection for every buyer, every time. There's nothing mundane about this work - each home is unique, and just this month I got to see the good, the bad, and the ugly from Percival to Orient and from Neola to Arispe!

Sometimes the inspection turns into good old fashioned detective work. This industrious bird clogged this downspout in an effort to build a new condo. Curiosity got the best of me and we set a trail camera to catch the culprit in the act. Can anybody identify the bird?
