I also serve as a New Jersey Pinelands Commissioner and member of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. I am a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey with over 20 years of experience. My goal is to provide my clients with the service and professionalism they deserve. Having bought and sold homes myself before I was a real estate agent, I know that making these decisions is not easy. I do my best to make clients knowledgeable about every step in selling or buying a home so that they feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. My clientele comes from diverse backgrounds, working in different industries, having different cultures, speaking different languages, and, family sizes from a single person to families with several children and relatives: No matter the difference in my clients, I treat them equally with the same respect and consideration that I would expect myself. I live in Cumberland County with my wife, and we have two wonderful daughters and two beautiful granddaughters, family means everything to me, so I understand the need for my clients to create a happy home for their own families. While English is my primary language, I am fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish. I often translate complex real estate terms for my clients, so they clearly understand the processes and requirements for buying or selling a home.
