Yesterday at eXpcon 2026, I had the opportunity to hear Gary Vee speak about marketing, AI, social media, and the FUTURE of real estate! 🏡🚀
One thing that really stuck with me? He shared that his businesses put out approximately 931 social media posts EVERY DAY! 😳
Now, he isn't doing that himself! He has a team handling his marketing, with an investment of over $3 MILLION a year! 💰
But here's what really got me thinking...
WE have the opportunity to market ourselves and our businesses for FREE! 🙌
Years ago, businesses spent thousands of dollars on newspaper ads, print marketing, and other traditional advertising just to get their names out there.
Today, we have Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and so many other platforms right at our fingertips!
💥 The message? SHOW UP. BE CONSISTENT. STAY VISIBLE.
AI is changing how people search for businesses, including REALTORS®! The future of real estate marketing is evolving, and we need to evolve with it.
You don't have to post 931 times a day, but you DO have to put yourself out there!
I'm taking in so much knowledge at eXpcon and can't wait to bring these ideas back to The Trilogy Team! 🩵🖤
