Looking back at previous sales over the years, both of these properties sold in the February of 2022. The top one in Vineland and the bottom one in Egg Harbor City. At that time the market was already very hot and both properties sold for much more than they would have only a few years prior. I didn't think the market has changed that much since then, but to my surprise both properties are now worth significantly more than they were even back in 2022.

The market continues to heat up so don't be discouraged is you bought at a high, you probably have much more equity sitting in your property than you realize. If you are interested in finding out how much your home is worth reach out to me!

SOLD!!!
