sem-Pak and Aluseal service small laboratory and biotech companies as well as most large pharmaceutical companies. We have the capability of handling large volume orders but we also understand the needs of smaller companies. We provide small quantity orders at very competitive pricing and have no minimum order quantities so our customers can order what they need without accumulating unnecessary inventory. Our rubber and aluminum components are made from the highest quality USP tested raw materials. We have developed a strategic partnership with a local company that allows us to offer ready to sterilize and ready to use stoppers. In addition to our rubber and seal capabilities we have also developed relationships with many molded and tubular glass container companies. This allows us to offer our customers a complete package if required.

Basic Function:
Reports to Quality Manager and is responsible for conducting process and final inspections on all produced and manufactured products.

Responsibilities:
1. Conducts inspection of manufactured and assembled product
2. Perform inspection of completed product and incoming product as needed in accordance with company quality standards and customer specifications
3. Records and documents all information for product traceability
4. Complete all required documents or forms as deemed necessary
5. Verifies label information
6. Report problems or discrepancies to management.
7. Review shop order packets
8. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with safety and training guidelines
9. This position requires safety glasses when on the production floor
10. Required to wear proper gowning for specific areas
11. Maintain good housekeeping and EHS requirements
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
