First thing a buyer who wants to buy property should do is:
1. Talk to your bank and get a pre-approval letter, this way you know what you can spend and we can send it with the Purchase Agreement to the seller.
2. When you go to see the banker some things to bring usually are three years of tax statements, your last two pay stubs, a list of other income or debt you have.
